I remember in an older video you referenced a class system for knee wrap tightness. You said something to the effect of, "If you're not bleeding, it's not even a b-grade."

Where did you get this classification from? Is it something you made up? I've never heard about it anywhere else.

Andrew completely sounds just like something that I'd say.

This is a completely subjective grading scale but you will normally bruise with a C Grade and bleed "around" a B Grade Wrap...probably a C+ to a B-.
