can someone please cut through all the BS on coconut oil, Bulletprood MCT, Lauric Acid, Onnit MCT oil?
Onnit markets their product to have 30% Lauric Acid. Is that better than Bulletproof MCT because BP MCT has no lauric acid?
What is i simply used a TBSP of coconut oil?
I thoroughly confused. I need some clarification. thanks everyone.

Is Bulletproof superior to Onit?
I don't know, I'm not a chemist.

If you are following a ketogenic diet for whatever your reason is and use the oil for energy you are probably safe with either.
Will coconut oil work too?
I have tried just about everything and found that the Bulletproof coffee/oil/butter concoction gives me a jolt of energy that gets me through my training better than any pre-workout drink.
I don't do it anymore because I am just too lazy to make it.
Many of my clients have used it and reported the same, but some have said it did not agree with their bowels.
The end answer is twofold:
Why are you using it? Let me know.
