Hey Josh, reading built to the hilt at the moment, another awesome book thanks for sharing your knowledge. Whats your opinion on ZMA? In your experience and research has it got a place for size/strength?, have seen some studies apparently backing it up for testosterone production, thanks Neil
I definitely think for most Americans it could potentially provide a benefit from our diet deficiencies.
Also it helps you sleep better. Not a necessity but a potentially helpful luxury.....limited research seems to back it.
