Hey Justin. Thanks for the training log's interested in seeing what all you do in your comeback to bodybuilding. I noticed you mentioned you can't do squats currently have you thought about doing Yoke Bar squats for this season? I know Dave Tate does this as he can't rotate his shoulders much either.
I need a better yoke bar. I don't like the one we have at the gym. I don't know what brand it is (it's written in hieroglyphics and I haven't deciphered it yet), but it's pretty old and doesn't sit on my shoulders like the good ones I've used in the past did.
I really hate not squatting though, so I think I'll end up buying one if I can't improve my shoulder flexibility.
