My question is about creatine. Sometimes you read, it "helps crank out those 2 last reps" or something like that.
But when looking at the function of creatine, it's just a really quick replenisher for ADP to get transferred back to ATP. So basically when you do 1-3 reps, your ATP soucres might be used already and creatine then just helps for another 1-2 reps.
So how should creatine help then, to get any more reps, when training for Hypertrophy?
Maybe i got something wrong here, but i would appreciate your help!
