Jo,

Joe Schillero gave me yor email and said to email you about getting a pair of briefs...

I am looking at getting a pair of briefs to help my squat training...I am a raw lifter but would like to add them to my training. I am not sure what size to really get and also if you have any suggestions about what kind to get...was thinking the Metal Pro Briefs.

My measurement are:
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 240, but trying to get to 250
Thigh: 26"
Pelvis: 43.5"
Waist: 40.5"
And the suit measurement is around 30" I think, not really sure if I measured that correctly though.

Anyway, any help or suggestions you have would be much appreciated!

Thank you for your time

Jonathan Minnis

Jonathan,

With those measurements I'd suggest you go with a 46 pro brief. It will be easy enough to use and offer support without being too over the top.
