I have hit the iron for 7 years taking a hollistic approach, diet I have used anabolic diet, keto and a standard bodybuilding diet too.

I was wondering about cutting body fat, can we actually lose body fat while still eating carbohydrates? I was reading that you want to keep insulin down and carbs would cause a release of insulin?

You lost a lot of body fat so wanted to ask how you did it

Kel,

I prefer a lower carb approach myself.

However, there are legions of folks that have gotten lean eating moderate to high carbs.......so sure you can get lean eating carbs

What I have general found is

High Fat High Protein Low Carb Works

High carb High Protein Low fat works

I would initially start with one or the other.

Best,
Josh Bryant
