11/11/2014 6:14:17 PM - Madison topper
Chase,

I lift to be strong and to look half decent.I need to drop
Some fat especially around the belly and my chest has fat which needs to be addressed.

I don't intend to follow a bodybuilding diet eating many times per day if I don't have to I have eaten below calories but it's stopped working. In your experience which diet have you had the most impressive results with?

Also is it best to have a low carb approach with high fat and protein?

Hey Madison -

If your fat loss has stalled you may just need to bump your calories a bit lower. Also - if you're not tracking your calories you may be eating more than you realize.

I explain my whole philosophy on nutrition in this article. I think you'll find what you're looking for:

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks!,
Chase Karnes
