11/9/2014 9:22:58 PM - Kayla Goyette
Hi Julia,

My name is Kayla Goyette and I would love to get in contact with you about your professional career and how you got to where you wanted to be. I feel that I am in a professional dead end at my current job and would love to coach at the college level and continue learning strength and conditioning. Also, I have competed in bikini, but would love to take on powerlifting and figure instead. I live in Columbus, OH and am an avid ELITE FTS follower. I read your workouts everyday and admire your strength and professionalism. I would love to talk with you if you have a chance. Good luck this weekend,

Kayla Goyette

The professional path for females in the strength and conditioning industry has definitely gotten better over the years, but can still be tough depending on the route you want to go. One of the reasons I originally left the Collegiate setting was because I felt like I was in a dead end position.

Continue to push yourself in your own personal goals (powerlifting, figure, etc) so you can continue to refine your way of thinking.

If you'd like to talk on a more personal level, please feel free to shoot me an email at: Julia.Ladewski@gmail

Thanks for reaching out and keep pushing yourself to move women forward in the strength field.

Be Strong,
Julia Ladewski
