I seem to be having a problem with my wrists cocking back whenever I bench or do any kind of benching. It even happens with light weight. Its uncomfortable and you feel a lot weaker. Its a little better if a get handoff. I bought some elitefts wrist wraps but they make my wrists hurt, although i dont know why. Have u ever experienced this ? Any suggestions on how to correct would be greatly appreciated cause its really holding me back.
You might be holding the bar too high in your hand.
If you carry the bar as close to the heel of your hand as you can, you might eliminate the cocking back because the weight will be more directly over your wrist.
