I immediately started your No-Doz morning routine. I like it. A lot.

But I don't believe you stop with those two pills. How much cheese is too much cheese? I mean, how much caffeine is too much caffeine?

Keep in mind that I'm a grad student. I handed out the pills today to a few colleagues and what followed was a VERY intense qualifying exam review session.

I use the "Father-in-law" test for knowing when I've had too much caffeine.

If I either initiate a conversation that lasts longer than 20 minutes OR start any conversation with "so last night your daugther and I...," I know I've had too much.

It's a sliding scale...you have to set your own limits.
