Strongman Quick Tip for Atlas Stones

While there are technique variants, generally speaking, loading an atlas stone and cleaning a log are very similar movement patterns. So if you are having trouble with stones, but do well with log cleans, compare what you are doing differently and try to make the weak(er) one more like the strong(er) one. Also, if you do not have regular access to stones or know you will not be able to train them regularly or heavy, but do have access to a log, add some log cleans without the press or jerk into your training.

The more you know,
