Hello, I've been following Elitefts for about 2 years now and thanks to you guys and your website i've been able to reach most of my goals in the weight room. However i havent quite been able to figure out the whole diet thing when it comes to trying to put on weight. Im 18 about 5'10 160 and i would like to bump my weight up. So my question for you guys is what should i be eating such as calories, protein, fat, etc. per day in order to put on some good weight?
You need to eat MORE.
Keep a food log for a week and figure out how many calories you eat on average. Then eat twice that. You will gain weight.
