This is a supplement question, I've been hearing/seeing a lot about creatine and how wonderful it is. My question is, is it really that necessary or key to building strength? I know it pulls water into the muscles and all but was just curious.
It definitely works. It's stood the test of time and has been proven effective. It's not necessary to make progress. No supplement replaces hard work and consistency.
