I am very skeptical when changing my diet but I'm willing to give it a try. Which in your mind is easier to follow although they are both similar..anabolic or back loading?? I'm thinking of trying the back loading for a bit. I train Monday thru Thursday in afternon around 4. Should I have most of my carbs after workout even in wknds when I do not train? Thank u so much
It would crazy not to change something, if ain't working.
I would backload no more than once a week after the initial down phase--see how that goes and maybe twice after but see how one works........in afternoon post training
Either one is WAY easier than traditional bodybuilding like you are doing
