Quick Question hopefully you can answer.
it is 130pm and in about 20 hours at 930AM I have a final weigh in for a weight loss contest. I need to drop about 9 pounds and outside of not eating, drinking minimally, wearing sweats around the house tonight/to bed AND steaming in the morning for 60-90 minutes.
Any other tips/tricks?
Should this do it for me?
If you are doing what you have listed there isn't too much more that I can give you that's going to help. It also comes down to what you weigh currently. For example, 9 pounds for me is probably considerably more than you. It really boils down to what you are trying to lose percent wise of your current bodyweight. I have no idea if you've done any kind of water manipulation or things like that. Trying to drop weight like this actually involves a prep and all other sorts of variables are at play. And since you aren't cutting for a strength competition, it's really not that big of a deal.
