I am 30, powerlifting is something I have done for 2 years with good results so far, I also hike and bike 2 days per week.I eat well and healthy, drink little alcohol
I have to admit I smoke weed once per week just one joint I don't know why but I just seem to enjoy it more than alcohol
Do you think smoking it as little as once per week will effect my gains? Or cause me a great deal of problems?
Have you worked with anyone who was a bodybuilder and smoked weed too?
I would cease the reifer my friend--its in your system 30 days..........you won't get good because of it, only in spite of it.
