You have competed in bodybuilding a few times now do you intend to compete again next year? Are you currently still adding in bodybuilding type exercises to help you physique?
Thanks for your question. And YES, I do plan to compete in physique again next year. I seem to have found a good rhythm of doing powerlifting from August to March, then dieting for my physique shows from April to June. So that's the plan as of now.
And yes, I am still doing exercises to add shape and mass to certain areas. My quads are always a work in progress and my shoulders too. Those seem to be the most lagging parts.
