Hey Josh! My training partner and I want to start using bands on our dynamic days but were unsure which ones to use for her squat and bench and my bench. Two questions regarding bands that I'm hoping you can answer:

1.) She squats 240 and benches 120, what bands would you recommend using on dynamic days?

2.) I bench 380 and tried the monster mini's yesterday, should I stick with those or use different ones?

We both lift raw. Thanks for your time and any advice is appreciated!


1) Depends how you have them set up--for the exact one but, 10-25 % of bar weight for band tension for raw lifters is a fantastic place to start!

Elitefts has a band chart just reference that or go old school and use a scale--we did this at the gym before

2) I would follow the above guideline as the reference point
