The University of Wisconsin Strength and Conditioning Staff presents its 2015 Football Strength and Conditioning Clinic.
This clinic will provide lecture and practical setting instruction on all methods involved in the training and preparation of UWs football student-athletes. The information provided will include strength training, muscle size increase training, power development, speed training, agility training, conditioning, energy system development, injury prevention/pre-habilitation, mobility/flexibility, and nutrition. The information will apply to not only the development of your football players, but the quality information provided will benefit any and all athletes, weekend warriors, or general fitness enthusiasts. We look forward to seeing you at this great Midwest and state of Wisconsin resource for the development of you and your student-athletes.

Check-in: 8:30-9:00 am
Check-out: 5:00 pm
$75 per participant
Open to any and all participants 18 years of age or older
Camp Randall Stadium/McClain Indoor Facility
