harry, sorry have not posted a workout this week, been experimenting in the gym to see what does not bother shoulder, update on the selkow pirate diet.....down another 4pds, that makes it 22pds, blood pressure is coming down realy well, still no alchol,,,,feeling litte tired, but everything is coming along.....thanks will start back posting monday.......pirates are freakin awsome hahaha
