I am wanting to get into natural bodybuilding and I am looking for guidance and some kind of program to get started. I have a background in rugby and some powerlifting.
Most bodybuilders do some sort of body part split, with 1 or 2 body parts trained per day and each body part usually trained once or twice per week.
There are many sample beginner plans for training found by a simple Google search.
I would start there. If you're more advanced than that, let me know more specifics.
