Happy holidays to all and thank you for the great resource.
What does the rackable cambered bar do?
I have a SSB which is a nice variation. does the rackable cambered bar add something particularly different?
Thankyou

The cambered bar takes much of the upper back out of the motion and adds to the work being done by the lower back. The bar also has a tendency to swing and will therefore increase the difficulty of the movement and require you to stay tight throughout the movement and control the bar.

I love this bar and have a great time squatting with it.

I Will Persist,
Jo Jordan
