Hi guys. Thanks for all the great work. Currently I do back extensions from a GHD. Doesn't seem to target my the way a 45 degree hyperextension bench does. Is this mental, as it is harder to climb into or is there more to it. Space Is limited and I'm trying to decide if it would be a worthy addition. Thank you in advance.

Dude, it's a back extension. Just get it done. If it doesn't "feel" right do RDL's or Good Mornings.

If space is a factor then don't bother.
