Hi Josh. In all your experience when being at higher bodyfat levels say over 15% does the human body tend to have a hard time building muscle as opposed to when you are leaner? Thanks.
Theoretically that would make sense because psot workout supplementation will not be as beneficial BUT plenty of guys over 15%, large powerlifters pack on muscle fast............
