I was reading your responses to Ian, and have for some time been considering switching over to the Biotest products for a few months to see how I feel using them, since you so highly recommend them. I'm 5'9", 205, ~10% body fat. Not looking to lose weight, if anything to put on a little size and most importantly recover better and be able to train more frequently and harder. What products would you recommend if budget is not a big concern?
I currently use a variety of products pre/intra/post workout, and would love to simplify. I primarily train for strength, but include a variety of BB movements as well and still care about how I look.
Sure, Joe, no problem.
The three products that were real game changers for me in terms of quicker recovery and ability to train longer and harder were:
Depending on when you train and your goals will determine how you consume them. I personally train first thing in the morning so I wake up, take 6 capsules of Indigo-3G, begin drinking Plazma (1 serving) 30 minutes later and hit the gym 15 minutes later. I drink another 2 servings of Plazma during my workout. I eat a whole food meal about 30 minutes after my workout ends and then consume 1-2 servings of Mag-10 90 minutes after that meal.
If/when I train in the evening I prefer to consume 1-2 servings of Mag-10 two hours before I workout or 90 minutes before I drink my first serving of Plazma. Indigo-3G is taken 30-45 minutes before my training session and once again I consume an additional 2 servings of Plazma during my workout.
Feel free to hit me back in you have any further questions, Joe. I would love to hear your experience with the three aforementioned supplements.
