In the cold weather, I tend to get a lot of tension in my neck and traps, which leads to tension headaches and migraines.
Aggravated most by heavy overhead pressing, squatting, and especially safety bar squats.
Any tips to avoid this as much? I do my best to roll out this area with a lacrosse ball, but I feel like something in my lifting is aggravating this. Try to keep more of a neutral spine? better posture?
