Knee surgery, rehab update.
I've been able to lift traditional weights for app 4 weeks now. I'm handling 127 and 157 on the Ssb for sets of ten now and 280 x 6, 3 sets in the deadlift. The plan is to gradually increase the weights for 3-4 months to build up my left quad and not develop any imbalances between my right and left legs. At app 4 months in I can resume a more normal training schedule.
