Got any good drills to work on the 2nd pullof the clean? Thanks dude
There are a ton of drills for this.
One of my favorites is to do block pulls from just a little below the knee.
Do the following as one rep:
Really focus on straightening the body out and hitting a good triple extension.
On the Clean Pull-keep the arms pretty straight and snap the hips and pull!
On the high pull do the same and remember to drive the elbow high.
Try this out and let me know how it goes.
Remember, you need to use something you can pull against so don't be afraid to tug at some weight.
