I have a job where I sit most of the day. My posture is good but when I walk or stand for extended periods of time my lower back gets super tight. What can I do to fix this? I was thinking my hips need stretched and rolled.

Drew,

Hip flexor stretches multiple times per day will help. I actually have a lacrosse ball too at work I use on the wall if my glutes and hips get cramped.

Take phone calls standing and get creative. I had to get a new chair last year and that helped a ton. Shoe inserts will help woth back pain too. They did for me.
