I'm 13 and I'm a powerlifter and i can squat 200,bench 115, and deadlift 240 and i was wondering what you could hit at 13? I've read alot about you and I share your passion for the sport!

Hey Harley,

I liked your question, so i poached it from Dave. He's busy a lot and doesn't get a chance to answer every question he gets. He tries. But you can imagine he gets a metric crap ton of questions.

Anyway, for me, I was a short fat kid when I was 13. I didn't even touch a weight and wasn't 5 feet tall yet.

How long have you been lifting? and what are you training for?
