When starting squatting in gear single ply for me, how do you get used to the pressure?

The best way I have found for me and the people I have trained, is to do 2 to 3 reps in full gear at about 85% push the depth as far as you can, or in the bench trying to touch every rep. I wouldn't use boards to learn the shirt. It develops bad habbits
