WHAT UP JOSH? I WAS GOING TO TRAIN MY ARMS 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR BODYBUILDING, IS THAT 2 MUCH?

Tanner,

Depends balls out 20 set true arm days that could be too much. As long as the volume and intensity is divided appropriately and each session is not train til you puke without doubt will be fine.

Are you specializing in bringing up the arms?

Remember too, the arms will be involved in rows, presses etc so factor that in.
