I have seen many different boxes elite sells on their product page but I am not sure which one is particularly meant for box jumps. Can you tell me what you would recommend for jumps?
Thank you

Candice,

Thanks for the question!

If you are looking for plyo boxes to add to your gym, the best option is the elitefts™ Plyobox Full Set.

This is the full set of plyo boxes that have a foam like build to them. They are solid enough to handle the heaviest people jumping on them, but soft enough that if you have an athlete or client "miss" a jump, their shins will not be destroyed in the process. I personally love these plyo boxes and think there is nothing better on the market right now.

Plus if you need a place to sit or put regular gym stuff on (bags, shakers, training logs, etc.) they work well for that too!
