To bring up biceps and triceps I heard about training them twice a week. On one day you do heavy weight like a 5x5 split. The second day later in the week you do a lighter bodybuilder type of split 4x12. Would this work since you are doing somewhat of a holistic approach? Also which of these days would you add a few rest pause sets in if any? Because rest pause seems to work for me so I don't want to stop doing those. Thanks
Absolutely that would work, Zach. Heck want to go crazy even add a third day really light with occlusion training.
