If I wanted to do additional supplementation with glutamine or leucine, which one is more effective? For strength and density only. Thanks Justin.

Leucine..by far.

Glutamine isn't really even an essential amino acid (it's "conditionally essential"), meaning that the body can "create" glutamine from other amino acids if needed.

Leucine is essential (meaning that you HAVE to get it in your diet)...and it is also the specific trigger for protein synthesis.

I've never really been a huge fan of glutamine to be honest.
