I hope everything is going well with your health. I absolutely love reading your articles and watching your videos. I wish you the best. I did a q&a search and poked around the house of biceps page but couldn't find anything. I thought I've seen you answer this before but I was actually just wondering where you got the harness that you use for front squats. Thanks Clint

Mike,

Thanks for the well wishes, I am doing all that I can to get healthy and to be honest in the process.

My old training partner made the harness for me. He made 5 and gave most of them away as it was his hope to make weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit and strongman equipment and sell it...but he has since gone M.I.A. and I haven't heard a word from him in over a month.

You could probably have one made but the padding is very important (density and cut) as well as the exact placement of the pegs. You don't want the pegs far from your body...you want the top one right there in the front squat choke position. I never use the middle one but I also use the bottom pegs as well for good mornings.

Great concept...more people should be making and selling these.
