Thanks for the quick response. In regards to your answer to question #1, those discussions with the coaches have been an ongoing process. Unfortunately, they are fairly successful coaches who feel that "if it ain't broke don't fix it". My hope is over time and through further discussions they will realize the potential for greater success is there if appropriate training is conducted.

Damien, what you have described applies to upwards of 99% of all "successful" sports organizations, and business organizations in general, in the world.
What these populations must be made aware of is the similar dysfunctional corporate average thinking that plagued the consciousness of the devotees of geocentric theory, the world is flat, and every other situation in history in which there was near wholesale buy in to a topic that was challenged by superior thinkers long before it was overturned.
