I was referred to you via another Q&A answer and I want to know one thing. When you are in a hurry, what are a few things you eat for substantial protein? By the way, you are immortalizing yourself among meatheads all around the world! Keep doing do the damn thing!

Haha, Thanks man!
As for protein - I always have a few pounds of ground beef (typically 90/10), venison steak and chicken cooked up and in the fridge. This is easy to throw in the microwave at home or at work.
Some other quick options when I'm on the go:
Venison Summer Sausage
Cheese (lots of variety here)
Carbmaster Chocolate Milk (Kroger brand)
A friend of mine recently introduced me to some flavored egg whites. I drank some raw and they tasted really good. But when I broke down the cost per gram of protein and compared it to other sources (protein powder for example) it was quite a bit more expensive. I haven't purchased any yet, but I may keep a jug of these in the fridge for something quick and easy.
