I have a diet question. After taking very low carb as far as I think I could (270 lbs to 210 lbs), I am trying to set up a carb cycling diet. I am 6'2", 210 lbs, ~15% bodyfat.
I am thinking:
High (legs and back): 2500 calories, 210g protein, 300g carb, 50g fat
Medium (chest, shoulders, arms): 2250 calories, 210g protein, 200g carb, 65g fat
Low (off): 1500 calories, 210g protein, 50g carb, 50g fat
How does this look? Please let me know any suggestions you have. Thanks!
That's very low calorie. What are your goals with this psetup? What were your calorie levels to get down to 210 ?
