To be honest, I didn't really track my eating that carefully. But I would put my calories between 2300-2600 if I had to guess. I'm trying to get down to 190 lbs. Long term, I want to gain weight, but I don't want to start gaining weight until I'm lean enough so I don't get too fat.
The high and medium days you listed looked alright but I'd bump up the calories on the low days, to 1800 to 2000. Have the additional calories come mostly from fat.
