I was looking over your workouts and what not because Im trying to find the right one program to follow. After looking at the certain lifts you do I was thinking to myself that the gym Im a member with doesnt have some of the equipment that you're talking about. How would you go about switching different workouts?
I've found that regardless of equipment there is usually a way to mimic an exercise with something different. I'm curious what specific pieces of equipment your gym is lacking? If you can share this information I can try to give you some options to consider that are similar.
