Sir Harry! Long time no talk, hope all is well! Just a question regarding safety squat bar if I may? I have a full power meet next month I am currently preparing for. But afterward I plan on doing 12-16 weeks of an "off season" to try and gain some size (and strength as well hopefully). Would it hurt me at all to change from regular squats to safety squat bar squats during this time? I feel it would build my quads more but I worry about losing strength in the regular squat? Any opinion would be helpful! Thanks for all the help!
