Hey Chase first thanks for all the time you take to write articles and answer questions for other lifters it is a real help.
First my squat one rep maxes are squat 275 bench 275 oh press 170 deadlift 365. I weight 190 @ 6 ft
In high school all I was worried about "beach muscles"
I have been using 5/3/1 and I am A lot weaker in comparison on my lower body lifts than upper body. I have a elitefts p2 belt should I use this or continue belt less until I reach a heavier deadlift and squat? Thanks for your time

I'm glad I can help out. Thank you.
I'd recommend using it on your working sets. Warm ups doesn't really matter too much in my opinion.
Just make sure you are training your abs and low back directly as well.
