Hey Chase. The program you put on your training log looks awesome. I wish you the best of luck with it. For someone who doesn't have access to a log or yoke what can they substitute? I'm guessing push press for the log but what can they do about yoke walks? I have access to farmers handles and prowlers. Thanks Chase

Thanks man!

Push press would be good substitution for the log.

As for yoke - I'd just substitute with the farmers since you've got access to them. That's if you're not planning to compete. Nobody has ever gotten weaker from carrying farmers. Heavy Prowler pushes would be good as well.

If you plan to compete you'd eventually need to get a yoke though.
