Can you squat bar too low on your back? Is there any rules for that or can you take bar as low as you can?

Thanks for the question!

You will have to look at each individual rule book for each federation to know the exact placement that the bar can't go lower than. But generally speaking, the bar can't be lower than your rear delt. It can sit on top of your rear delt, but below that is usually what most rule books have listed. I would think that most people can't even get into that position comfortably anyways, but it's certainly worth noting if you carry the bar super low.
