Hey, Josh I have a quick question. I have an opportunity to make some extra money right now as a bouncer and my friend told me to try to add 15 or more pounds to my frame. I'm currently 5'10, 190 lbs but most people think I'm about 220. Stats are deadlift-455 bench-255 and squat-285(pathetic squat I know Lol). Anyway I have 4 of your books on kindle Metroflex powerbuilding, Jailhouse Strong, Built to the hilt and I just purchased your latest book this morning Size and strength blueprint. My question is out of those 4 books which routine would you recommend for someone looking to bulk up relatively quickly? Thanks
