Hey guys, have any of you, or someone you know, dealt with shoulder impingement? If so, what are some of the prehab/rehab exercises and methods you have used to get back to feeling as close to 100% as possible? I know I am not giving a ton of detail but I am just looking for some general ideas.
Even the folks that need surgery are better off doing external rotations, range of motion exercise that doesn't flair the condition up.
Dumb bell lateral raises thru an unpainful range no matter how small it might be.
Arm circles while supporting a weight
Avoid OVER HEAD work. That's just torture.
Mostly the people that get that cleaned up thru surgery comeback FASTER than those that nurse and burp it, from my experience.
