Hi Josh, I just started the Pig Iron program in Jailhouse Strong. I am really looking forward to seeing the results! My question is on the Total Rep Method for chin-ups. I followed the 100TRM on the first deadlift day and noticed that they progress down in weeks 2 and 3. I could only do 50 so should I progress down from there until I am able to get up to 100 in future cycles? Thanks for your time and a well written book and program!


Remember they progress down because, you add weight...........but yes do them weighted you can go 50 to 40 to 30
