Good news on my left knee. Yesterday at pt they tested the quad strength and I was up to 60% of the right, best yet from the accident of 8/30/14.

My knee stability tested above average fron to back and side to side better than average for an 18 yo and well above average for 51.
So things are progressing well. I'm repping over 200 now on the ssb and pulling low 300 fpr reps. This is with app 5 weeks training. I wasn't allowed to weight train until after 12 weeks. It's only 4 weeks I can lockout the left knee and the strength there is improving quickly.
When you suffer an injury that leads to muscle you must carefully bring your strength back up. I can handle more now but I want to have the left catch up.
